How do I place an order?
Open the shoe you like, choose your size (and colour), tap Buy now, then fill in your name, phone, district and address on the checkout page and tap Confirm order.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can order as a guest with just your name, phone number and address.
How do I know my order was placed?
You'll see a thank-you page with your order number. We'll also call you to confirm your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, call or WhatsApp us as soon as possible, before the parcel is shipped.
Why can't I place another order with the same number?
To stop duplicate orders, the same phone number can place one order every 24 hours. If you need something added, call us and we'll update your order.
📏Sizes & fit
How do I find my size?
Tap Size chart on the product page. Measure your foot length in cm and match it to the chart. Still not sure? Send us your foot length on WhatsApp and we'll suggest a size.
Do your shoes run true to size?
Most models fit true to EU size. If you are between two sizes, we usually suggest the bigger one.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Try the shoes on in front of the delivery person. If they don't fit, tell the rider and call us right away so we can arrange an exchange.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery all over Bangladesh, and bKash.
Can I check the shoes before paying?
Yes. Open the box, check the shoes and try them on in front of the delivery person, then pay.
What is the bKash delivery-charge option?
You can pay only the delivery charge by bKash when you order. It's taken off your total, so you pay the rest in cash on delivery, and your order is confirmed automatically.
Is it safe to pay by bKash?
Yes. Only pay through our checkout or to our official number. We never ask for your PIN or OTP.
🚚Delivery
How much is delivery?
৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳140 outside Dhaka. The charge is set automatically from your district at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside Dhaka. Holidays and bad weather can add a few days.
Do you deliver to my area?
Yes, we deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
How can I track my order?
Go to our Track Order page and enter your order number and phone number. You'll see the live status and the courier's tracking code once it's shipped.
🔄Exchange & return
Can I exchange or return my shoes?
Yes, but only while the delivery person is still with you. Please check everything at the door.
What if I find a problem after the rider leaves?
We're sorry, but we can't accept exchanges or returns after the delivery person has left.
Who pays the delivery charge for an exchange?
If it's our mistake (wrong or faulty product), we pay. For a size change you choose, you pay the delivery charge for the new parcel.
How do refunds work?
For cash on delivery, if you return at the door you don't pay for the shoes. If you paid by bKash and a return is accepted, we refund the product price to the same number in 3–5 working days.

Are the photos real?
Yes. We use real photos of the shoes we sell, so what you see is what you get.
How do I care for my sneakers?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth, let them dry in the shade, and avoid washing machines and strong sun.
Will a sold-out size come back?
Many sizes are restocked. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know when your size is back.
