• Payment information: if you pay by bKash, we receive the transaction ID and the number used. We never see or store your bKash PIN or OTP.
• Messages: what you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or our contact form.

• To process your order, call or SMS you to confirm it, and send order updates.
• To deliver your parcel through our courier partner.
• To handle exchanges, returns, refunds and support requests.
• To prevent fake, duplicate and fraudulent orders (for example, one order per phone number every 24 hours).
• To understand how people use our website and improve it.
• To measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

4Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is needed with:

• Courier partners, who receive your name, phone, address and the amount to collect so they can deliver your parcel.
• bKash, when you choose to pay by bKash.
• SMS providers, to send you order confirmations and updates.
• Meta (Facebook), through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, for ad measurement. Contact details sent this way are hashed (scrambled) before they leave our website.
• Our website hosting and service providers, who store data on our behalf.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

5Cookies & tracking

• Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We use them to keep your cart, remember your settings (such as dark mode) and keep the website working.
• We use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to see which ads and pages lead to orders, so we can show more relevant ads.
