How delivery works

  1. Place your order on the website — you'll get an order number.
  2. Confirmation call: we call to confirm your order and address. Paid the delivery charge by bKash? Your order is confirmed automatically.
  3. Packed & shipped: we hand your parcel to the courier, usually within 24 hours.
  4. Out for delivery: the rider calls you before arriving.
  5. Check & pay: open the box, check the shoes, then pay the rider.

Paying for your order

  • Cash on delivery: pay the full amount to the rider after checking the shoes.
  • Delivery charge by bKash: pay only the delivery charge in advance; it's taken off your total and you pay the rest on delivery.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready — riders may not carry change.
  • Don't pay anyone who calls asking for money outside our website or official number.

Good to know

  • Order times: orders confirmed before 6 PM are usually shipped the same or next day.
  • Holidays & Eid: deliveries can take a few extra days during public holidays, Eid and bad weather.
  • Correct details: please give your full address (house, road, area, thana) and an active phone number.
  • Can't reach you: if the rider can't reach you after several tries, the parcel may be sent back. We'll call to arrange a new delivery.
  • Change of address: call us as soon as possible — before the parcel is shipped.

Common questions

How do I know which delivery charge applies?

The charge is set automatically from the district you choose at checkout: Dhaka is inside Dhaka, every other district is outside Dhaka.

How can I track my parcel?

Use your order number and phone number on our Track Order page. Once the parcel is with the courier, you'll also see the courier's tracking code.

Can I get same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery isn't available right now. Inside Dhaka, most orders arrive in 1–2 days.

What if the size doesn't fit?

Tell the rider and call us while they're still with you. See our Exchange & Return Policy for details.
