1About these terms

These terms apply when you visit sneakersbari.com or buy from Sneaker's Bari ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Exchange & Return Policy and Delivery Information.

2Products & prices

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where it applies. The delivery charge is added at checkout.
• Prices, offers and stock can change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
• We use real photos, but colours may look slightly different on different screens.
• Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order, we'll tell you and you won't be charged.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price by mistake, we may cancel that order and let you know.

3Placing an order

• Please give your correct name, phone number and full address. We can't be responsible for delays caused by wrong details.
• An order is confirmed after our confirmation call, or straight away if you pay the delivery charge in advance by bKash.
• If we can't reach you on the phone number you gave, we may cancel the order.
• To stop duplicate and fake orders, one phone number can place one order every 24 hours.
• We may refuse or cancel orders that look fake, are placed for resale in bulk, or come from customers who have refused parcels before.

4Payment

• We accept cash on delivery all over Bangladesh, and bKash.
• If you pay the delivery charge in advance by bKash, it is taken off your total, so you pay the rest in cash on delivery.
• Only pay through our checkout or our official number 01731714083. We will never ask for your bKash PIN or OTP.
• Coupons can be used only as described in the offer, usually one per order. They can't be exchanged for cash and may expire.

5Delivery

• We deliver to all 64 districts through courier partners.
• Delivery charge: ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳140 outside Dhaka, set automatically from the district you choose.
• Delivery times (1–2 days inside Dhaka, 2–4 days outside) are estimates. Holidays, weather, strikes or courier delays can make them longer.
• Please keep your phone on and be available to receive the parcel.
• If you refuse a parcel without a valid reason, we may ask for the delivery charge in advance on future orders.

6Checking, exchange & returns

• Please open and check your parcel in front of the delivery person before paying.
• Exchanges and returns are accepted only while the delivery person is still with you. After they leave, we can't accept size, colour or quality complaints.
• Shoes must be unused, clean and in the original box with all tags.

7Cancellations

• You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped by calling or messaging us.
• Once the parcel is shipped, you can return it at the door by paying only the delivery charge.
• We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, or we can't confirm the order. If you paid anything, we will refund it.

8Refunds

• For cash on delivery, if you return the parcel at the door, you don't pay for the shoes, so there is nothing to refund.
• Accepted refunds for bKash payments go to the same bKash number within 3–5 working days after the parcel comes back to us.
• A delivery charge paid in advance is not refunded if you return the parcel at the door, because the courier service has already been used. If the mistake was ours, we refund it too.

9Your information

We use your name, phone number and address only to process, deliver and support your orders. We share them with our courier partner so your parcel can reach you. We do not sell your information. We may send you order updates by SMS or call.

10Using our website

• All photos, text, logos and designs on this website belong to Sneaker's Bari. Please don't copy or use them without our permission.
• Don't misuse the website, place fake orders or try to disrupt it.
• We may update or pause the website for maintenance at any time.

11Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep product details and prices correct and deliveries on time. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier and network problems. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12Changes & law

• We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
